Versatility
A wide array of materials can be cut, including all types of textiles, non-wovens, foams, kevlar and other rigid materials, fiberglass, coated fabrics and other speciality roll goods or sheets.

Uniformity
Gone are the days of using a scissors or upright cutter to manually follow pattern templates. The reciprocating blade follows the digital pattern exactly, creating uniform cut pieces.

High Efficiency
Up to 2" worth of vaccumed material layers is plied together (30 layers or more). It is then conveyored onto the cutting bed. A reciprocating blade cuts through all layers in one cut cycle.

Optimal Yield
Digital patterns allow parts to be nested across a full width of fabric up to 72" width so the minimum amount of material is wasted. The result is less material used and less cost.
We utilize the most advanced fabric cutting equipment available. The result is maximum efficiency, optimal yield, and unsurpassed accuracy. We offer laser cutting for metals, plastics or specialty textiles that may require a sealed edge. Other cutting technologies are available, each with their unique applications.

High Power
150 watts of power can cut a variety of materials, including:
- Plastics such as acrylic, ABS, HDPE, Nylon, PETG up to .75"
- Metals such as mild steel and stainless steel up to .075" thick
- other materials such as foam, leather, fabric, and vinyl

Sealed Edges
Laser cutting cauterizes fabric edges, preventing knits or weaves from unraveling. This can reduce fraying when raw edges are exposed resulting in crisp edges.

Precision
Laser Cutting offers exacting precision and can cut extremely small details and tight radiuses when the very smallest details and micro accuracy is required.

DIE CUTTING
We offer contract die cutting services and die tool design to complement our suite of cutting technologies. With multiple swing arm 20 ton presses, we are able to die cut high volumes of material with quality and efficiency. Common materials that are die cut are narrow goods not suited to a large format machine such as hook, loop, and strapping, or specialized roll goods that need precision cutting but cannot be laser cut.
AUTO STRIP CUTTING
We offer multiple auto strip cutting options including hot blade cutting (sealed edges), cold cutting, and radial cutting. Advanced options include custom designed cutting shapes and marking of narrow goods for stitch or component placement. Common materials that are strip cut are narrow goods below 8 inches, such as webbings, elastics, hooks, loops, and cordage.
