FABRIC SEALING & WELDING

We are proud to offer a wide range of contract sealing services, including RF welding, ultrasonic welding, hot air welding, and seam taping. Our state-of-the-art technologies can add functional or aesthetic elements to sewn products, or can create stand-alone waterproof, water resistant or sealed products that surpass the strength and durability of sewing.

Hot Air Weld / Seam Taping

We specialize in industrial hot air welding technology for a wide range of applications to create seamless joints in thermoplastic industrial fabrics and films. Our hot air welding services deliver:

  • Quality: Achieve robust, airtight welds that stand the test of time.

  • Versatility: Seamlessly bond materials like PVC, TPO, and polyethylene.

  • Custom Solutions: Tailored welding for your unique project requirements.

  • Efficiency: Rapid production with minimal material waste.

  • Expertise: Years of experience in hot air welding technology.

Common applications for hot air welding include long seams/runs, 3D shapes, or adding seam tape to soften against-the-skin feel or waterproof a sewn seam. There is added flexibility with a broader range of thermoplastic material and adhesive types that can be bonded together.

Ultrasonic Welding

Our cutting-edge ultrasonic welding solutions provide highly stable bonds for advanced, sustainable manufacturing. With years of experience, we offer our services for various applications:

  • Automotive: Achieve tight, strong, and visually impeccable welds for vehicle parts.

  • Food Packaging: High cycle rates and tight seals for capsules, pouches, drink cartons, and more.

  • Hygiene Products: Fast, stable nonwoven welding with simultaneous embossing and cutting.

  • Medical Devices: Quality, safety, and process validation for critical medical components.

  • Electronics: Precision welds for complex electronic components.

  • Consumer Goods: From tightness to surface finish, we meet high standards.

  • Automation: Integrated weld systems for efficient production lines.

Common applications for ultrasonic welding are smaller format components that require bonding, such as molded plastic assemblies, or custom strapping solutions created by binding hook/loop and narrow roll goods together to create a strong, aesthetically pleasing bond.
