Large Scale

We are equipped with 12 Mitsubishi PLK-G10050 machines capable of sewing a 1000mm x 500mm pattern size, allowing us to automate products many others can't. An array of smaller format programmable machines can be used to sew perfect Box X stitches, bar-tacks, and other complex patterns.

With the right tooling design and investment, programmable sewing can reduce labor times by 25-50% or more depending on the application. With high volumes, upfront tooling costs are quickly recouped in per piece labor savings and capacity is quickly scaled.

SELECTED STITCH TYPES

Industrial Straight Stitch

Fully electronic thread trimming, back tacking, needle positioning. Also featuring walking foot machines for heavier materials.

Zig Zag

Featuring standard and walking foot models, with precise zig zag length and width settings to tailor to each product design.

Overlock / Serger

Three and five needle models create finished edges or join materials efficiently.

Bar Tacking

Create up to 40mm (1.5 inch) bar tacks to secure components or reinforce stitches.

Merrow Activeseam

The modern alternative to flat lock machines, the Activeseam is a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, and stronger alternative to traditional flat lock stitching.

Double Needle

For precise spacing of parallel stitch lines, gauge sets can create two equally spaced stitch lines from 1/4" to 2".

Cylinder Arm or Post Arm

Utilized for 3D shapes when material can not fit under a flat bed foot.

Custom Binding

Custom tooling design allows infinite combinations of edging (binding) material and base materials to create finished edges.
